The new counters in David Jones Elizabeth and Bourke St reopened in 2024. Both were redesigned using the brand’s latest retail concept, making it the first retail spaces in Australia to implement the Maison’s merchandising design. This aligns with the brand’s objective to enhance its image and improve customer experience.

The new counters include exclusive areas for art of personalisation including engraving services, ultimate customisation with L’Art & La Matière fragrance range.
